"Two-Dimensional Art" may not even be the best description of this Fallfire award category, since most works have tactile depth, and, of course, are actually three-dimensional objects....but you know what we mean (some past entries are up above, by the way).  This category has been somewhat dominated by watercolor paintings, but the list of past "2-D" submissions also includes artwork created with pencils, oils, tempra paints, computer prints, crayons, ink, acrylics, collage, and even rust stains!  Remember, this contest is about you, so use whatever medium feels best.  To submit your entry, an e-mailed scan or digital photo of your work sent to fallfire@johnmundtesquire.com is perfectly welcome, as is mailing or dropping-off the original artwork at our secure street address before the deadline.  All physical artwork is returned to the artist, of course, as well as being eligible for display (and sale?) in our Fallfire gallery showing in November.  Enter as many times as you like, but, while there is no fee for one or even two entries, we are asking for a $10 jury fee for each "third or more" entry, which must accompany the submission.  As always, make sure that you include answers to our Entry Form questions!
