Golden leaves brighten my day,
The Lord made the red leaves to show me the way.
Heavenly colors are all around
Surely we are blessed as these crisp-beautiful leaves abound.
These angelic leaves brightened the fall season;
They give us colors and remind us Christ is the reason.

Do you ever think about the wondrous gifts he does give;
Specially, the sacred gift of his death, so we may live?
These fall leaves are a reminder of the blessed son.
He lives on though his human life is done.
We take for granted our glorious life.
The fall colors remind me to think of Jesus and live without strife.
